Dubai International Character & Licensing Fair 2012

H.H. Sheikh Majid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority inaugurated today the fourth edition of the Dubai International Character and Licensing Fair, Dubai World Game Expo and MYCONTENT at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition centre.
